Cinnamon (Ground)

A sharp, sweet flavor with a slightly bitter edge. Indonesian cinnamon is by far the most common in America, so this is the familiar flavor most people expect when tasting cinnamon. This is a common choice for commercial bakeries as it has a good flavor and a lower cost. While other stores typically carry the lower grade B or C type, we carry the highest grade A of this cinnamon.
